These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") contain the rules for purchasing products available in the Nightcall Jewelry webshop (hereinafter: "Webshop") operated by Tamara Gyöngyösi E.V. (hereinafter: "Service Provider" or "Seller"), and for using the Webshop.
By making a purchase in the Webshop, the Buyer accepts the provisions of these GTC.

2. Scope of the GTC
These GTC apply to purchases made in the Webshop and to the use of the Webshop.
The scope of the GTC extends to all sales contracts concluded in the territory of Hungary between the Service Provider and the Buyer through the Webshop.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC. Amendments shall apply from the date of their publication in the Webshop, but for contracts already concluded, the provisions of the GTC in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall apply.
3. Products available in the Webshop
Handmade, soft-soldered jewelry containing natural minerals can be purchased in the Webshop.
The jewelry is handmade using lead-free soft soldering techniques. The products may also contain natural minerals.
Information about the products is provided by the photos and descriptions available in the Webshop.
Natural minerals inherently vary in color, pattern, inclusions, shape, translucency, and other characteristics from piece to piece. Due to this, slight variations may occur between the appearance of the mineral shown in the picture and the one actually received.
Such natural variations do not in themselves constitute defective performance.
In the case of handmade jewelry, minor surface variations, soldering marks, and unevenness may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship.
4. Order Process
The Buyer can place the products found in the Webshop into the shopping cart, then, during the checkout process, provide the necessary data for the purchase.
Before placing the order, the Buyer can review the order details, selected products, quantity, shipping method, and the total amount to be paid.
Finalizing the order entails payment obligation.
After placing the order, the Service Provider will send an electronic confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer.
The contract between the Buyer and the Service Provider is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order.
If the confirmation is not received within the legally specified period from the sending of the order, the Buyer is released from the offer's binding nature.
5. Product Prices
The current purchase price of the products is the price indicated next to the given product in the Webshop.
The shipping cost – if applicable – is indicated separately from the product price before the order is finalized.
